The fine arts education is an important field of art education,to promote human development and social progress has unique value and charm of the career.[1] it by cultivating students experience,discovery,and the power to appreciate beauty,to let the students improve their accomplishment in life and learning,realize own life value and social value,so as to promote the development of quality education.Society has been calling for quality education,the state has also been pushing quality education,almost every education reform and quality education,puts forward some new requirements to the fine arts education,increasing the magnitude of the fine arts education in the implementation of the basic education stage,in order to realize the improvement of quality of generations of people.But,in the concrete implementation process,due to the local economy,in the region and the influence of such factors as people's ideologies,the art education in specific implementation process did not achieve the ideal expected,even in some areas has been in a state of stagnation,has affected the country's quality education,slow down the pace of the national education rejuvenating.The author as a first-line work in rural middle school teachers of fine arts,to have a good feeling,trying to explore effective problem solving.Based on the case of shou county as the research object,the author through a school visit,questionnaire,interview and statistics,mathematical form of shou county rural middle school fine arts education in the concrete teaching a detailed understanding of the basic situation of the implementation,through research and analysis,find out the present situation and problems of the education of fine arts of shou county and analyses of the cause of the current situation and problems,thus put forward the corresponding specific measures,for the effective implementation of the shou county rural middle school fine arts education of huainan city to provide the reference.This paper will be divided into five parts: the first part of the introduction,mainly introduces the research origin,research significance and research status were summarized;The second part is to shou county rural middle school fine arts education in some cases the survey and analysis;The third part is based on the present situation investigation and analysis of shou county rural middle school fine arts education problems;The fourth part is mainly to solve these problems and puts forward some countermeasures to promote shou county rural middle school fine arts education.The fifth part is the conclusion,to change the shou county rural middle school fine arts education present situation,it not only need to struggle in a line of fine art educators have the responsibility to work together,also need the local education authority and the social from all walks of life support and cooperation,only then can shou county art education will be a new face in due course,to create a new situation of art education.
