Teacher's teaching book is the bridge the editor and the teacher,It not only provides specific guidance for teachers' teaching activities,but also contains rich educational philosophy.At present,Chinese teacher's teaching book of People's Education Edition and Su Jiao version have greater impact and good response in the high school,but there are also some problems.Through the comparison of the teaching books of senior Chinese teachers between PEP and Su Ed edition,it is found that its advantages and disadvantages can better serve the Chinese teaching and improve the quality of teaching.Based on teaching book of the people's education press published by "ordinary high school curriculum standard experiment textbook" in April 2007("called PEP")and the Jiangsu Education Publishing House published by "Ordinary High School Curriculum textbooks" teaching reference book in July 2014(called "Jiangsu")as the research object.By means of comparative analysis and questionnaire survey,the author makes a comparative analysis of the compiling,guiding ideology,compiling system and using situation of two editions of teacher's teaching books.Then,on the basis of comparing their advantages and disadvantages,we should draw on the strengths and weaknesses of each other,and put forward specific proposals for the use and modification.This article is divided into three parts,each part of view is as follows.The first part mainly discusses the similarities and differences of the compiling ideas and systems of the teaching books for PEP and Jiangsu Edition.From the writing thought,Chinese teachers' teaching books supporting the use of the teaching Curriculum standards consistent adn the purpose of writing are the same.That can be used to guide teachers in teaching,but the two versions in the content arrangement and the ability of the students attention angle etc.there are also some differences.At the same time,the emphasis and the writing angle are different.PEP pays more attention to knowledge and ability goal,The JiangSu focuses on the idea of novelty,pay attention to teaching suggestions,give teachers more freedom to play space.The second part is a survey of the teachers who use different versions(PEP or Su Edition)to teach Chinese Textbooks,use questionnaires to learn how touse them.Through investigation found,91.4% of the teachers who used the Chinese version of the PEP thought it necessary to increase student learning modules,and 83.17% of the teachers who used the SU version thought it necessary to increase the module,Therefore,it is a common call for Chinese teachers to improve the proportion of students' learning modules.At the same time,from the survey of teachers to provide teaching books which help,the use of PEP teachers like to dig in the text,and the use of Jiangsu teachers think that in teaching methods need to enrich,This will serve the students better.The third part is the use and revision suggestions of the teaching books in PEP and Su editions for hingh Chinese teachers.Through the investigation and comparison of the textbooks between the PEP and Su Edition,it is found that the two sets of teachers' teaching books have their own advantages,but there are also some problems.The advantage in the writing style "the same strain,the new and the new","Unity of guidance and flexibility",the content of the book is relatively novel,with innovation".The lack of teaching content and design is not rich enough,teaching objectives are single,lack of scientific and operational.Aiming at the problems,this paper puts forward a concrete suggestion: from writing teaching books,the editor needs more innovative thinking,and constantly enrich the content of the teaching design,provide some frontier knowledge;from the use of teaching books,teachers need to establish a correct view of the reasonable use,choose one of the content,to avoid excessive reliance on teaching.Through the comparison of the two versions of the teachers' teaching books,found their writing style is different,but they embody certain innovation.In particular,the most innovative version of the Su education,and in the "teaching advice" this module reflects many of the highlights.Therefore,as the high school Chinese teachers need for independent innovation in Teachers' teaching book basis,form their own teaching characteristics.Teachers' teaching book is only taught reference,hope that the rational use of teachers,improve teaching quality.
