Content: With the rise of high school geography education reform and the deepening of high school geography curriculum reform,the ineffectiveness of school classroom teaching has become one of the main problems of curriculum reform.Students learning to pay a heavy burden,lack of learning interest and innovation spirit and ability,quality education can 't be substantive implementation,so to enhance the effectiveness of classroom teaching has become the top priority of the current curriculum reform.Effective teaching is a kind of modern teaching idea under the influence of western"educational science".Its core concept is that teachers can "learn,maintain and promote students' learning according to the characteristics and characteristics of the students,so that students can" learn,Learning,love to learn,"effective teaching to achieve the desired teaching effect,teachers and students from a large number of repetitive learning,mechanical learning in the liberation,and promote the comprehensive development of students.The effective learning of the students shows how much progress has been made after the classroom teaching,and whether it can cause the interest of geography to continue to study,so the performance of students' effective learning becomes an important criterion to evaluate the effectiveness of classroom teaching.Teachers are the organizers of classroom teaching,the guide of students,through the combing of the effectiveness of teaching literature found that the professional development of teachers affect the effectiveness of classroom teaching achievement.PCK(Pedagogical Content Knowledge)is one of the necessary professional knowledge for teachers.This paper analyzes the PCK structure proposed by Schulman and other domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the structure of PCK and the PCK structure proposed in "High School Teachers' Professional Standard(Trial)".The PCK of high school geography teachers should be composed of geography knowledge,geography curriculum knowledge,student knowledge,geography teaching Strategy knowledge.In the first year of Hebei Zhengding Middle School was taught in two experimental departments of geography teacher L teachers(more than 20 years of special teachers)and Wteachers(two years of young teachers)as the research object,using literature analysis,Interview method,classroom observation method and contrast method,from the teaching preparation,teaching process,teaching evaluation and reflection of the three links found that the impact of classroom teaching effectiveness of the important factor is the composition of teachers in the PCK knowledge.However,due to the lack of teaching practice teachers lead to lack of knowledge of students,adequate knowledge of the subject and curriculum knowledge can not be effectively played,the choice of teaching strategies also lack a certain basis.Based on the results of this study,in order to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and promote the development of high school geography teacher PCK,the following suggestions are put forward: teachers should deepen students 'life and read students' thinking.Secondly,improve their own knowledge system,pay attention to the way of characterization;,Make reasonable decisions;Finally,continue to accumulate practical experience,and actively reflect on teaching.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part of the introduction of the background of this study,research purposes,research significance,and summed up the effective teaching and PCK theory published in the relevant literature at home and abroad;the second part of the "geographical effective teaching" And the PCK theory is the theoretical basis.The third part introduces the elements of the PCK of the high school geography teacher in detail.The fourth part chooses the Hebei Zhengding Middle School The two most advanced geography teachers from the teaching preparation,teaching process and teaching evaluation and reflection were compared to study,found that the impact of teaching effectiveness of the most important factor for the teacher PCK structure of student knowledge;the fifth part,based on the above findings Proposed the development of high school geography teacher PCK recommendations;the sixth part,concluding remarks,summed up the full text and put forward the lack of research and future development direction.
