In recent years,along with the economic structure change,the speeding up of urbanization,increasing mobility of the population,putting forward challenges to the development of education in our country,especially the city's educational resources cannot meet the needs of the public,the contradiction between population and education is becoming more and more acute.The Pre-school population is a part of the Population,the pre-school education is an important part of the basic education,the change of population will have a great impact on education,the first is the pre-school education,understanding the status of preschool population,making a reasonable forecasting about the change and development of pre-school population is the prerequisite for formulating scientific policies on the pre-school education and allocating Pre-school educational resources.This research start from the will of birth under the universal two-child policy,to realize the fertility desire about Hangzhou's couple of childbearing age,discussing the changes of pre-school population and pre-school education resources.This study is based on the analysis of some methods of population statistics to analyze the basic situation of preschool population in Hangzhou city,investigating the basic situation of the allocation of resources in Hangzhou,and then establish the relationship model between preschool population and preschool educational resources.The research is to predict the growth situation of preschool population in Hangzhou city in the next few years by using the method of population statistics,and infer the allocation of preschool educational resources in Hangzhou city in the next few years based on the relationship between preschool population and preschool educational resources.Based on the above research,analyzing the characteristics and guidance in the future of Hangzhou pre-school education's policies.Research suggests that the fertility desire about Hangzhou's couple of childbearing age is not very strong after releasing the universal two-child policy,however,the one-child groups have higher fertility,and the newborn population will have a small growth peak,pre-school population scale will continue to grow In the next few years in Hangzhou and will gather to developed regions.The allocation of preschool education resources will continue to grow with the expansion of the scale of preschool population.Hangzhou's policy is more concerned about vulnerable groups and private pre-school education,constantly narrowing the differences between urban and rural areas,and promoting the development of pre-school education on balanced and high quality.
