An Empirical Study Of The Measures Of School Moral Education In The Middle School Campus Violence

The coming of Information age has caused the rapid development in knowledge.To conform with the renewal of knowledge,people raised more strict requirements on education that education not only needs to make students learn knowledge,but also tells them how to learn.The development of students promotes teachers to keep on leaming.How should teachers learn in such a Information age?I,based on Internet Learning Community,hope teachers can get further growth through independent study.The article will discuss the independent study of political teachers based on Internet Learning Community in high school.The first chapter is an introduction.It tells the raising of problem ,the meaning of topic,the introduction of literature review around the world,including the content and features of Internet Learning Community.Through rethinking the research thought and methods,I find shortcomings of the article.The second chapter addresses relevant concept?features and support of Internet Learning Community-based independent learning of political teachers in high school.The third chapter discusses problems happened in the Internet Learning Community-based independent learning of teachers from 4 aspects:the lacking of motivation of teachers in independent learning;the deficiency of learning resources;the restricted learning methods;the unreasonableness of learning assessment.The fourth chapter explores the reasons of problems emerged in Internet Learning Community-based independent learning,which can be divided into exterior and interior reasons,including the impact of school atmosphere upon the motivation of independent learning of political teachers;the lacking of informative ability prevents teachers from getting useful information;the variety of roles ruin the learning purpose of teachers.The fifth chapter puts forward improvement method of problems,for example,making joint efforts to create motivation of independent learning of teachers;strengthening the construction of learning resources;improving learning assessment by adopting reasonable learning method.
