Research On The Operational Matters And Countermeasures Of Private Social Work Organizations

Along with the advancement of government policy,the private social work institutions in a dozen years have got a rapid development,has now formed a certain number and scale,but at the same time,we must also be objective understanding that the social work profession is still in the primary stage,improve the understanding of the development of private social work institutions,especially to the plight of its current operating,and to find the way out positively.Through literature review,I understands the private social work institutions operating predicament is common almost in all developing institutions.I selected my more familiar hometown meizhou as a case study,through the meizhou social work committee`s director,the city`s only local university`s headmaster of the department of social work,the institution and the headmasters of the three in five institutions conducted interviews,to understand the city's overall status quo of the development of social work and the private social work institutions operating condition.From the system,the understandings,the private social work institutions themselves factors to analyze the cause of the trouble.It is found that the policies and regulations,the organization and management system,the supervisory and evaluation mechanism are immature and imperfect;the government,the society and the private social work institutions themselves lack of understanding to develop the private social workers institutions;they are lacked of management capacity and professional services what are currently hindering the development of private social work institutions factors.Finally,based on system theory and the theory on the analysis of advantages perspective,put forward first to solve the plight of private institutions operating funds shortage,and on the basis of centralized resource priority to the development of professional social work service advantages,to promote development of countermeasures in the overall.Specific measures to encourage the government to purchase operating funding project,to establish professional training and organization of publicity mechanisms and improve the implementation of the relevant pay promotion mechanism,organization and management management system,combined with the power of the government and its own body to seek to promote the development of private social work institutions to find way out.
