The class teacher is an indispensable educational role in the school education,and the development of the teacher's work is closely related to the students."New basic education"thinks that class is not only the form of teaching organization or the field of student socialization,but also a group organization with educational power.The pay attention to the value of class construction education is the concern of "specific individual" in education,the pursuit of students ' life growth.This is consistent with the value orientation of students 'active development and the promotion of students' quality of life.This article embarks from the standpoint of pedagogy,takes care of the class middle school student's life growth as the base point,examines the educating value of the class teacher work,thinks the class construction as independent of the discipline teaching practice field,to the student sociality and the individuality development plays the subject teaching cannot substitute function.According to this,this paper focuses on the education value of the work of the class teacher,and the current situation of the work of class teacher to reflect on the analysis,on the basis of the thinking of class teacher work education value theory and practice of two-way reconstruction.Based on the educational value of the work of the teacher as the research problem,to the"new basic education" of life education and daily life theory as the theoretical basis of the study,with the change and development of students as the research point to complexity theory as the main research paradigm.This research focuses on the change value of working class people's way of thinking,way of thinking advocated complex,not only need to recognize that in the hierarchy of people and things,there are also rich from multi perspective understanding of people and things,and also concerned about the people and things in practice in the process of dynamic change and generation the.The main research methods in the field investigation,the researchers in the "new basic education experimental school primary school Z conducted a field survey for a period of 3 months,through observation,interviews and material analysis etc.the problem on the work of the teacher education value research.This study is divided into five parts:the first part,the introduction,including the origin of the study,the study of the problem,the basis and methods of research,basic concept definition,literature review.The second part,the origin and development of the work of class teacher retrospective.Firstly,the history process of the class and the role of' the class teacher is traced.Secondly,the nature of the work of class teacher and the value of educating people are summed up and analysis,think that the value of the education of the teacher in charge of the connotation of two aspects:first,to cultivate the individual sclf-development of the lifestyle,the second is to cultivate the positive and upward life modality.The third part,take the Z Elementary School("The new Elementary Education" the experimental School of G city)For example,assumesZ is now a primary school teacher's routine practice,and the day-to-day work of the problem of the existence of a reflection.The fourth part,in the "new basic education",the value orientation,thinking mode and practice path of the work of the class teacher are reconstructed,and the practice creation of "new basic education" is expounded from three aspects:class organization construction,class culture creation,class theme activities.The fifth part,from the educational value of the work of the teacher to put forward to professional requirements on the working class,and attempts to view(within individual teacher professional ability),horizon(all levels of education support system)two aspects to explore the path of practice class work towards specialized.
