China will in 2017 fully promote the reform of institutions of higher learning examination recruitment system,basic in 2020 to establish modern education enrollment examination system with Chinese characteristics.In order to achieve "people-oriented""according to their aptitude"," non-gradedinstruction " has entered people's field of vision.A majority of people including some experts and scholars think we can implement fully from the start the new "shifts",completely eliminating " non-gradedinstruction " administrative class and the teacher in charge.Autonomy is also given to students to adapt to development.But the realization of the good ideas must be based on reality,support " non-gradedinstruction " expert scholars tend to stress the elective system selected a straight-a student,to avoid more examples of failure in the "free choice".This article take the survey,describing statistics of Mudanjiang questionnaire,three high school students in different levels of the students understanding of the "walk" classes "and expectations,mastery of its own situation and planning,learning and life is affected by the head teacher and parents a few aspects,together with the literature method research analysis can completely cancel the administrative class and the teacher in charge.From the current education habits,from the students' consciousness of self management,self control ability,and can be seen from the teacher in charge in the important value of education activities,the current administrative class and the teacher in charge should not be cancelled.It is best to implement " administrative class" and "teaching class" the dual track management system.Finally,according to the specific situation,the new mode of " non-gradedinstruction " is proposed.Mainly includes: 1,Help students with "career planning";2,"Career coaching" for students;3,To write comprehensive and objective evaluation for students;4,The collective education of the executive class;5,individual education for students;6,To guide students in their studies;7,To give students leisure instruction in the classroom;8,Promote effective home school cooperation.
