The importance of early reading education is well known.Children's literature has an irreplaceable value to the development of young children since it can meet the demand of a variety of children's inside experience and it is becoming the important content of early reading education.However,children's literature reading education has not got adequate attention among all of topic teaching courses advocated in kindergarten,and is just the material of various education courses.During education practice,we usually stress the general education and realization of social education function rather than the essence of literary aesthetic education.This is conducive neither to cultivate children's reading interest in literature nor to realize the value of children's literature promoting children development in intelligence,aesthetic,imagination and creativity.In this study,eight kindergartens in Q ingdao city were used as research object.This study aims to observe the literature reading environment and the organization status of reading activities in kindergartens,through interviewing the teachers and directors,and hence to propose corresponding strategies to existing problems in literature reading education practice.This study mainly consists of the following four parts.Part 1 is mainly to define the relevant concepts of literature reading education in kindergarten and to explain the value of literature reading education.Part 2 is mainly to analyze the present situation of literature reading education in kindergarten,meanwhile,to discuss problems existing in literature reading education and analyze the reaso ns.Analysis of present situation includes the following 4 aspects,the setting and implementation of literature reading education goal,the selection of reading materials,the guidance of reading activities and the design of reading environment.Analysis results indicate that there are the following 4 main problems existing.The first one is that the implementation of literature reading education goal exists deviation.The second is the casual selection of children's literature.The third is that the teacher's guidance in children literature reading lacks characteristic and originality.The last is that the reading environment is not conducive to stimulating children's reading interest.Part 3 is the analysis of causes of problems from both preschool teachers and kindergartens.There are four main reasons on preschool teacher's side.The first reason is that the preschool teachers have misunderstanding on literature reading education.The second is that the teacher's literacy needs to be further improved.The third is that the teacher lacks consciousness and power in cultivating children's reading habits and interests.The last is that children's role is neglected in the creation of literature reading environment.Meanwhile,there are two main reasons on kindergarten's side.One is the lack of standardized management and guidance for children's literature reading education,the other is the kindergartens don't pay attention to the creation of children's literature reading environment.Part 4 discusses the implementation strategy of literature reading education in kindergarten and mainly includes the following 3 aspects.O ne is that the teacher sho uld improve the ability to guide children literature reading,the other is to select appropriate literatures and organize activities based on the needs of children's development,and the last is kindergarten should pay more attention to the organization and management of literature reading education.Preschool teachers can improve their abilities from the following 3 aspects to guide children's literature reading.The first one is to establish a correct concept of children's literature reading education.The second is to strengthen the literature theory and accumulate the guiding experience of children's literature reading education.The third is to pay attention to children's literature emotional enlightenment and aesthetic education.To select appropriate literatures and organize activities based on the needs of children's development,preschool teachers should choose appropriate reading materials based on the respect of children's psychological characteristics and pay more attention to the process guidance of children's literature reading activities.It is suggested that the kindergarten pay more attention to the organization and management of literature reading education and can start from the following two aspects.The first is to clear the requirement for literature reading education.The second is to pay more attention to the creation of literature reading environment.
