Education,teacher oriented;A good teacher makes a good education.The Outline of the National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Plan point outs that “improving the quality of teachers,strict teacher qualifications and striving to create a high quality professional teachers' team with vibrant,noble moral and reasonable structure”.With in-depth development of the education teaching reform,the middle schools urgently need to update their teaching concept of teacher education,realize the transformation of teachers' role and build up a team of highly qualified professional teachers.This research adopts the method of narrative research,selecting C teacher in H middle school as the research object,going deeply classroom teaching,observing her daily work and interviewing with C teacher and her students,colleagues and leadership etc.By telling the story,it is demonstrated from “the dream of sailing” “forward in the guidance” “analysis of growth status” and “C teacher in the eyes of others” four aspects of the C teacher's the dribs and drabs in the process of teachers' professional development and analyzed the professional development process and status of the C teacher.Through the analysis and thinking of the story behind C teacher's professional development,this paper explores the factors that promote the professional development of teachers in school,which including five aspects.They are the principal's leadership and support,the successful conducted of teachers' professional learning community,the reasonable setting of the teaching and research group,the reasonable choice of the purpose and subject of teacher evaluation;This paper analyzes the factors that hinder the development of teachers' professional development from three aspects such as the formalization of the teaching and research group activities,the simplification of the content and mode of the teacher's guidance and the content,standard and main body of teacher evaluation is thoughtless.By thinking of the above problems,it is recommended from three aspects that a school should optimize the teaching and research group activities,enrich the content model of teacher guidance and the content and improve teacher evaluation,providing better help to teachers' professional development.
