The newly-built normal college has upgraded from the training school from the end of last century.It is a cradle of basic specialized talents cultivated in the field of education in our country and it is an important source of building a high-quality faculty,mainly to cultivate normal education.At present,the proportion of students in the newly-built normal college is declining,but the proportion of non-teacher professionals is increasing.Some of the newly-built normal colleges are also unsatisfied with the normal orientation,and they have moved closer to the comprehensive universities.Then it causes the problem of undergraduates' professional identity in the newly-built normal college.It is very important to study the professional identity of the undergraduates in the newly-built normal college,which will affect the quality of the undergraduates and its development.However,there are not many professional studies on the field of undergraduates in the newly-built normal college,but also limited to the specific roles or free normal students.Therefore,it carries out research on the newly-built normal college of professional identity.The research choose the SR Normal University as a sample and the undergraduates of different grades as the research object,using the questionnaire and interview investigation method to study the main factors of professional identity about the newly-built normal college and the main factors shown differences in demographic variables.Thus,it will tentatively make a point that how to improve the newly-built normal college students' professional identity.Through the analysis of the relevant data,it could be concluded that the professional identity in the newly-built normal college is generally in the average level,indicating that the normal undergraduate students still need to further improve their professional identity.In the demography variables,the newly-built normal college undergraduate students exist significant differences in professional identity and each dimension,such as in the different gender,different grade,different major,different major choice,the only-child or not,different family register,the work experience or not,the respondents who hold position or not,different grades.Finally,on the basis of summary the present situation and influence factors of the professional identity in the newly-built normal college,it puts forward the suggestions to improve the professional identity from five aspects.
