The development of science and technology rely on the knowledge production,knowledge production is the key to innovation.Today,with the continuous development of era and society economy,science and technology by leaps and bounds,the demand is higher and higher to the contemporary innovation ability level.Students in higher vocational colleges as an important part of the army of high-level talents,is the national future technology skill talent team construction of a key.At present,our country's higher vocational education has made considerable progress,but from the perspective of the overall quality of students,the demand of innovation ability and the comprehensive development in the developed countries there is a big gap.Especially the higher vocational education to the students' innovative ability training is not enough,the lack of support and curriculum ability evaluation system,accordingly more not form a certain culture system.According to the above problem,this research mainly on the reform of the national vocational education innovation demonstration area of tianjin vocational colleges as the object,the actual survey the present situation of students' innovation ability in higher vocational colleges,analysis of higher vocational colleges in training students' innovation ability formed in the process of experience and existing problems,and put forward the improvement countermeasures and thinking.Research process guided by the marxist philosophy,the integrated use of pedagogy,psychology and brain science,innovation science,thinking science and other scientific theory,draw lessons from the related research results,many scholars in higher vocational college students' innovation ability put forward their preliminary understanding,from the innovation consciousness,innovation thinking,innovation knowledge,innovation ability and innovation based on practice,five dimensions of higher vocational college students' innovation ability index system for building and design.First through the questionnaire survey,from the perspective of quantitative to understand the current higher vocational college students' innovative ability.Tianjin overall situation for higher vocational college students' innovative ability,is in the five level indicators,based best innovation ability,innovation consciousness is second,is the third innovation thinking,innovation knowledge base is the fourth,innovation practice is the most weak.On this basis,analyze the innovation environment in higher vocational colleges,respectively from the policies and regulations,the innovation space and curriculum from three aspects to discuss;The last of the current situation of students' innovative practice to explore,respectively from the involvement of innovation and innovation carried out two aspects.Through the analysis of the above three aspects,sums up the main experience of has been formed: one isthe policy of actively guide,school and society to spurt the vigor of innovation;Secondly,the universities set up the space,for the innovation ability of students improve laid the foundation of innovation;Three is higher vocational college students show the skill characteristics,served the post of student cadre and can effectively improve the innovation ability of students;Four is some courses,the concept of innovation,some colleges and universities set up independent innovation department,it has a positive role on the students' innovation ability.But it also found some problems,such as the attention of school and society is not strong enough,the innovation theory for the application of guidance is not strong,the spatial function does not reach the designated position,and students' innovative practice less,teachers' innovation quality needs to be promoted,and so on.Finally,the tianjin vocational college students' innovative ability training process is put forward some Suggestions: one is the policy to expand the lead,from advocates point to implement,especially for more smes to join in the students' innovative ability training;Second,the school should strengthen the construction of innovation mechanism,the study of the innovation ability of students,at the same time actively perfect the function of the gen space;3 it is to renew the idea of talent training,in the curriculum,student club activities increase the content of the innovation,create more practice opportunities for students,stimulate students' interest in innovation and vitality;Four is to improve the teacher's innovation awareness,achieve the course innovation education;Fifth,strengthen innovation evaluation system,promote the sustainable development of increasingly perfect mechanism.
