With the further development of the new curriculum reform,the Ideological and Ethical Education of middle shows the significant change.Since 2016,"Moral and Life","Moral and Social","ideological and moral" teaching material name changed to "Moral and the Rule of Law" from the starting grade of compulsory education primary schools and middle schools.The “Morality and Rule of law” is a comprehensive course based on the life of junior high school students to guide and promote the development of middle school students' moral character and rule of law.It is also the main course of basic political education,which is also the key channel of middle schools education to implementation the moral education,and plays a central role in the formation of students' good moral character.People have come to realize the importance of moral education and the urgency of strengthening the education of the rule of law.At present,there are still many unresolved questions about the effectiveness of the teaching of junior middle school morality and rule of law.For instants,moral and rule of law due to the wide range of content,theoretical strength,coupled with middle schools students social experience is relatively shallow,in the learning process will show a certain cognitive difficulties,part of the teachers' teaching philosophy cannot keep up with the requirements of the development of the situation,leading to moral and rule of law classroom teaching atmosphere is more boring,students learning interest is not high,while in the teaching process to ignore the practice-oriented significance and moral behavior of the practical guidance,etc.Base on the existing problems in the effective teaching of morality and rule in middle school.This dissertation makes a preliminary systematic study and discussion on the construction,implementation and innovation of the morality and the rule of law in middle schools.The teaching cases and data cited in this article all from the teaching practice of mine and all moral and legal teachers in the experimental middle school of Yunnan Normal University.
