On August 4,2019,general Office of the CPC Central Committee and General Office of the State Council issued“ several Opinions on Deepening the Reform and Innovation of Ideological and Political Theory Course in Schools in the New Era”,thus,how to deepen the reform and Innovation of ideological and political Theory Course has become an important proposition of The Times.Dongxiang county is the only proposal in our country as the main body of the ethnic minority autonomous counties,due to the imbalance of economic and social development,the national education level of Dongxiang country is relatively backward in the area,that is to say,enhancing the level of morality and the rule of law curriculum implementation Dongxiang county middle school affects the ideological and political theory course reform and basic education curriculum reform's ultimate success.This study choose Dongxiang county S middle school as the research object,on the basis of literature research,i compiled the junior middle school "morality and the rule of law > curriculum implementation status questionnaire,by the stratified random sampling method,choosing the Dongxiang county S middle school grade seven to nine in the extraction of three parallel class students as samples,students out 400 questionnaires,recycling effective questionnaire 360,recovery rate was 90%.At the same time,classroom observation was carried out and 6 teachers and 2 school administrators of S Middle School in Dongxiang County were selected for in-depth interviews.This study used Richter's five-level scale to study the current situation of the implementation of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in S Middle School of Dongxiang County from six aspects,including the understanding of the curriculum,the establishment of teaching objectives,the treatment of teaching content,the application of teaching methods and means,the evaluation of teaching and the development and utilization of curriculum resources.The study found that the scores of each variable ranged from 2.93 to 3.82,indicating that the curriculum implementation level was not high.Specifically,students were more likely torecognize the status and value of ethics and the Rule of law.Rural students liked and recognized the course more than non-rural students.In terms of teaching objectives,the score is the highest and there is no significant difference between different categories of students.In terms of teaching material content,teachers can consciously choose and adjust teaching content according to learning situation and teaching needs.Teachers of grade 8 have the least adjustment of teaching content,and grade 7 and Grade 9 are significantly higher than grade 8.In terms of the application of teaching methods and means,seventh grade is more diverse and significantly higher than eighth grade and ninth grade.The lowest score in teaching evaluation indicates that teachers do not use the developmental evaluation advocated by the new curriculum and still prefer the traditional way.Meanwhile,it is found that students who begin to learn Chinese before primary school are more likely to accept diversified evaluation methods such as survey,blackboard report and mutual evaluation.With the development and utilization of curriculum resources,teachers own lower awareness and level.The research also found that there are the following problems in the implementation of the course "Ethics and the Rule of Law" in S Middle School of Dongxiang County:The content of textbooks is not adaptable to the Students of Dongxiang nationality;The teachers are Lacking of professional;The evaluation method of school is unitary;Inadequate family and social support;Constraints on students' national common language ability.On this basis,this study proposes the following Suggestions: to improve the whole society's understanding of the course "Morality and rule of law";To enhance teachers' professional competence in many aspects;Constructing a diversified evaluation system;Building a local curriculum resource base;to improve the students' ability of using the national common language.
