A new round of scientific and technological revolution has begun,and the digital,networked,and intelligent characteristics of the scientific and technological revolution are the core of the new generation of information technology.In the information society,the world has entered a period of industry-led development.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the 2018 Academician Conference of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Sciences: We must grasp the opportunity of the integration of digital,networked,and intelligent development,and use informatization and intelligence as levers to cultivate new momentum.In an information society,information technology literacy has become a basic ability that everyone must possess.As early as 1984,Deng Xiaoping pointed out that the popularization of computers should start with a baby.Therefore,the development of primary school students' information technology literacy is particularly important.At present,various provinces have implemented information technology curriculum reform in accordance with the documents issued by the state,and strive to cultivate students' information technology literacy.Due to the uneven economic development level of various regions,the teaching staff and hardware conditions vary greatly in the implementation of information technology education in schools.Therefore,improving the information technology literacy of primary school students should be based on the actual situation.This article takes the students of Sunshine Primary School in Shenyang City as the research object,uses literature research method,investigation research method and classroom observation method to analyze the current situation of primary school students' information technology literacy,and finally proposes a targeted solution strategy to solve the development of students' information technology literacy in Sunshine Primary School Problems in the process.First of all,through a field investigation of the status quo of students' information technology literacy in Sunshine Elementary School,a summary of the status quo of the development of information technology literacy in Sunshine Elementary School from the information environment,students' own situation,faculty situation,and information technology curriculum development.Secondly,through a questionnaire survey of Sunshine Primary School students 'information technology literacy from four aspects: information technology awareness,information technology knowledge,information technology ability,and information technology ethics,the SPSS software is used to analyze the survey data,combined with interview data and classroom observation results,Put forward the factors that affect the information technology literacy of primary school students: infrastructure factors,students' own reasons,teachers' own reasons,and the importance of courses.Finally,in view of the factors that affect the students' information technology literacy in Sunshine Elementary School,the following suggestions are put forward: strengthen the emphasis on information technology,strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,improve the quality of classroom teaching,and improve the information technology literacy of primary school students.Only in this way can the students' information technology literacy be improved.
