In recent years,the national guide parts of ordinary colleges and universities to develop in the transformation of applied undergraduate colleges,it is in order that the local colleges and universities directly at regional and industry development need to cultivate applied talents,as much as possible to improve the competitive ability of the students' professional skills,jobs,innovation ability and lay a solid foundation for their future career.To cultivate applied talents for applied undergraduate colleges,so the practice teaching,plays a critical role in among them.As a result,the practice teaching is at present various applied undergraduate colleges and universities in the process of economic and social development need of applied talents important research subject,is also an important way to improve students' practical ability.The ultimate goal of this thesis research is on the basis of previous studies,put forward a more scientific and perfect the practice teaching system optimization countermeasures and Suggestions.Highlight the important position of practice teaching in applied talents training.For the transformation of colleges and universities under the background of the practice teaching reform and innovation of applied undergraduate colleges provide theoretical support and practical reference.This paper on the basis of the great strategic policy to carry out national,according to the labor market demand for applied talents,and the talents training goal of applied undergraduate colleges and the practice teaching system of applied undergraduate colleges were studied.(1)This paper from the concept and characteristics of applied undergraduate colleges and universities,the applied undergraduate colleges,teaching system,practiceteaching system concept has carried on the definition of one by one.(2)On the basis of forefathers' research,with the practice of marxism,the theory of multiple intelligences,competence-based education as the theoretical support of this thesis,expounds the basic characteristics of applied undergraduate colleges and universities teaching practice.(3)Through to the shaanxi province transformation applied undergraduate colleges and universities in the development of the practice teaching condition has carried out the field investigation,and their respective to the case of college practical teaching present situation has carried on the thorough analysis,found in the process of building a practice teaching system of common problems.(4)Through the analysis of common problems and the causes of the practice of applied undergraduate colleges and universities teaching goal system,content system,management system,evaluation system,security system in five aspects put forward a more scientific and perfect optimization countermeasures and Suggestions.This thesis transformation applied undergraduate colleges and universities development in colleges and universities as the background,focuses on the subject of applied undergraduate colleges,to improve the practice ability of students as a starting point,the practice teaching of applied undergraduate colleges and universities system is optimized.Fully improve the quality of the cultivation of applied talents,strengthen the core competitive ability of student employment.And for the sustainable development of the applied undergraduate colleges and universities of intrinsic motivation.Also for the applied undergraduate colleges and universities better service to contribute the regional economic sustainable development.
