In the traditional teaching mode,the teaching is the center,what the teacher draws,what the student remembers,what the teacher writes,what the student writes,what the teacher tells,what the student listens to,emphasis on the teacher's teaching and ignore the students' learning,emphasis on the students' intelligence develpoment and ignore the development of the students' ability,emphasis on the students' theoretical knowledge learning and ignore the development of the students' actual practice ability.In order to change this situation,we have carried new curriculum reform,including the field of history teaching reform.Discussion-based method as a new teaching method,with its unique charm,welcomed by the majority of teachers and students in the field of history.However,I find that though Discussion-based method now has been more widely used in the history classroom teaching,there are many worrying problems.Therefore,I intend to discuss the method to the problems in practice to promote and perfect the reform of current history classroom teaching.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is discussion method' overview,basic features,main forms application principles and application meanings.The second part analyzes the problems of discussion method application and analyzes the reasons.For the existing problems,I made a survey,mainly from high history classroom's discussion topic's design situation,discussion groups' situation,the control of discussion process and the analyze of discussion.And analyzing the reasons from the aspect of teachers,students and so on.The third part is to explore the method of discussion method application in the high history classroom.This part mainly includes the specific process,a case.The last part analyzes the problems need attention in the discussion method application of high history teaching,respectively need to pay attention to the suitable conditions of discussion-based method,guiding students to be prepared for the discussion before,creating a discussion-based atmosphere,giving full play to theirleading role and contiuing discussion-based teaching.
