School-based textbooks are derived from school-based curriculum and they are the important medium and guarantee for school-based curriculum implementation.The school-base d textbooks vary with the discipline,so it can make up for and perfect the insufficiency of the existing subject teaching material.And as an important auxiliary teaching material,school-based textbook aims to enable students to master and develop their basic knowledge and skills better.Starting from the educational development and the current situation of Chinese teaching of middle schools in Qiandongnan autonomous prefecture,Guizhou,this study explores r ealistic development requirements and implementation founda tion of the school-based textbooks in secondary schools.It is believed that it is necessary to develop the Chinese language education in middle schools of Qiandongnanaut onomous prefecture,Guizhou,and this paper puts forwardthe corresponding development strategy to gain the educati-on sector and schools' attentionto drive the development of language education in secondary schools in this region.This study consists of five parts:The first part is introduction.It starts from the requirements of the national basic curriculum reform and the existing shortage of language teaching material,it claims that the development of Chinese School-based teaching materials in middle school aims to promote the development of Chinese education in this region.This part points out the significance of school-based Chinese textbooks in Chinese learning,Chinese practice and the education in minority areas,and it clears the research of Chinese school-based teaching materials at home and abroad and defines the relevant concepts.The second partexplores the objectiveness and necessity of developing middle school Chinese school-based teaching materials in Qiandongnan autonomous prefecture,Guizhou,which analyzes the development necessity of middle school Chinese school-based teaching materials mainly from Chinese education reform in middle school,development of ethnic education and the current situation of Chinese teaching in middle schools in Qiandongnan autonomous prefecture,Guizhou.The third part makes analyses on the realistic basis of the development of Chinese school-based teaching materials in middle schools of Qiandongnan autonomous prefecture,Guizhou.This paper mainly analyzes Chinese educational values of the existing resources through the teaching resources in this region and usage intentions of teachers and students.Besides,this paper so analyzes the development and utilization of Chinese school-based teaching materials in middle school from related preferenceinvestigati ons of teachers and students for Chinese school-based teach ing materials of middle school.The fourth part focuses on the analysis of development strategies for Chinese school-based teaching materials in Qiandongnan autonomous prefecture,Guizhou from the the oretical basis,content selection and development process,which aims to provide reference ideas for the development of Chinese school-based teaching materialsin middle schools of this region.The conclusion part analyzes gain and loss of this research,and places great expectations on the development of Chinese school-based teaching materials in Qiandongnan autonomous prefecture,Guizhou,as well as the reform and development of Chinese teaching.
