With the Vocational colleges into the construction phase of the connotation of"development,the need for reform of specialty construction reality,according to economics of industrial clusters" cluster "concept,the construction of the specialty group has become the best way to break the predicament of specialty construction occupation colleges.However,in the process of construction,subject to the specialty group in understanding,hindering their advantages benefits of play.Many scholars believe that the 6 is resource integration in order to improve the level of specialty construction as the goal,it should be understood as a contains all kinds of teaching resources system,is a system of organization.So how to integrate the specialty group of teaching resources has become the core and focus of the construction of specialty group of many problems.On the other on the one hand,The contradiction between supply and demand of Vocational Education in our country has become increasingly prominent.The scholars should be and must be.The focus from exogenous resource to resource endogeneity;school administrators will also focus on the absorption of resources by steering the integration of resources.Therefore,the resources shortage occupation colleges,research on the integration of teaching resources is particularly important and urgent breakthrough.Logical coupling based on the above,in this study,the specialty group of teaching resources system as the subject,using the method of case study,based on self organization,system theory as the main research perspective,this thesis through system analysis and optimization strategy of combing the theory and connotation of static and dynamic two clues related research,try to analyze the specialty group,to specialty group teaching resources integration system is the focus of the study,with a view to the construction of specialty group and specialty group of teaching resources to provide new ideas and inspiration.The main contents include the following aspects:The introduction part mainly includes the question,the definition of the core concept,the literature review,the research design and the train of thought and the research goal and the significance and so onThe first part: the theoretical basis and connotation.By combing the cluster theory,the core basic theory resource integration theory and system,to better explain the essence of the research theme,including the concept of industrial clusters,industrial cluster theory is an important argument,new resource view and resource integration theory and system theory and system self organization characteristics.The second part: system analysis.The system is a common feature of nature,society and thinking.Specialty group in higher vocational schools teaching resources integration is a systems engineering,it is a subsystem of Higher Vocational Colleges specialty group construction,and as a complete system is composed of several subsystems.Specialty group and the integration of teaching resources systematic interpretation is inevitable.The specific content is divided into the following three aspects,firstly,the characteristics of the development process of organizational characteristics and specialty organizations to explore the group system,and then from the view of relationship,grasp the specialty group system elements and elements,finally from the microcosmic level,focus on understanding the specialty group subsystem,specialty group teaching resources of the structure and function of the system.The third part: a case study in Chongqing city.A School of microelectronics technology specialty group as the main object of study,made of this specialty group organization and management and teaching resources integration achievements and shortcomings.Including: how to set up a specialty group,specialty group how to organize teaching resources management,specialty group how to integrate teaching resources and so on.The fourth part: the optimization of the system.This part is based on the system analysis,put forward the basic principle of the specialty group of integration of teaching resources,in view of the shortcomings,put forward the specialty group teaching resources integration system optimization strategy,optimizing the internal structure of the external environment and adjust.
