Research On Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Gas Volleyball In Yinchuan No.4 Primary School Of Jinfeng District

Gas volleyballs are lighter,softer and easier than traditional volleyballs,the requirements on sportsmen are lower,they are quite suitable for students of primary schools and old people to participate.No.Primary School for the Huis in Jinfeng District carries out promotion,development and research of gas volleyballs under the background of “sunshine sports”,“health first” and “characteristic development”,bearing positive significance for pushing forward the development of school-based curriculum and promoting the physical qualities of the students in the primary school.Questionnaires are adopted in the research combined with literature review,expert interview and mathematical statistics among other methods,investigating the development of gas volleyballs in No.4 Primary School for the Huis,and the following conclusions are reached:Firstly,gas volleyball has been carried out in No.4 Primary School for the Huis in Jinfeng District for over three years,sports management mode has been gradually established in terms of teaching,extra-curricular activities and after-class training.Meanwhile,admirable competition achievements and social benefits have been obtained in terms of training and competition;Secondly,the attitude of the leaders,teachers and students of No.4 Primary School for the Huis in Jinfeng District is the main factor influencing the development of the sport,the strong support of the leaders and the favor by the students are of great importance.Some teachers are not so supportive of the development of gas volleyball at school,holding that the after-class training and competition of gas volleyballs may affect the students’ study.Thirdly,teachers in No.4 Primary School for the Huis in Jinfeng District would spend one period of volleyball class teaching gas volleyball each week,the pupils of grade three to six would spend the recess and extracurricular time training each Monday,Wednesday,Friday and Saturday.Senior students would even set up gas volleyball clubs and carry out gas volleyball competitions between clubs.Fourthly,the facilities of the sports ground of the school are relatively in short supply,trying as much fund as possible has become an important task for the school to develop gas volleyball activity.Fifthly,relatively mature ways of development have been explored in practice by No.4 Primary School for the Huis in Jinfeng District: set up theories integrating learning and doing sports,push forward the development of gas volleyball activities;Strive for capital through various channels,improve the conditions of developing gas volleyballs;innovate the mode of teaching gas volleyballs;organize gas volleyball competition on campus.The following suggestions have been proposed in the research:Firstly: plan and manage gas volleyball teaching,after-class training,sports competition,and the construction of clubs,motivate the students to take part in the activity,maximally strive for the support of leaders and teachers,regulating the operation of the gas volleyball clubs;Secondly,select outstanding gas volleyball sportsmen.While focusing on the physical qualities of the sportsmen,greater attention should be paid to the study of students,ensuring the coordinated development of the gas volleyball sportsmen in an all-rounded way,and try to maintain a relatively high level of the sportsmen of the gas volleyball club;Thirdly,treat the relationship between the gas volleyball activities and other sports developed by the school in an appropriate way,ensure the diversity of the students’ choice,while pay attention to the tapping and renovation of the facilities of the venue,especially multi-functional venues;strengthen the training of the P.E.teachers,and enhance their teaching and training quality;Fourthly,make full use of various resources off campus,expand the cooperation between the school and the social gas volleyball resources,especially with secondary schools where gas volleyball is well developed,providing multiple channels for the students in the club to enter middle schools,and improving the influence of the gas volleyball club among students and parents.
