Research On Practical Skill Development And Management Strategy Of The Students In Secondary Vocational School

Now that the economy is growing,China's social development also shows the trend of diversification,related to the automotive service industry in response to the changes and adjustments,to increase the professional talents,to the professional standards also improved,structural contradictions in the supply and demand of talents become more and more prominent and deepening.Since the reform and opening up,the development of secondary occupation education in China has made great achievements,but the traditional practical teaching mode has been unable to meet the needs of cultivating high quality talents,which has become the current urgent need to solve the problem of secondary vocational education.This paper uses the methods of literature study,questionnaire survey method,from the current situation of vocational students practical skills training and management of students,schools,enterprises of the three factors,analyzes the development direction of the industry,find out the problem and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The full text is composed of three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The text is discussed from three aspects.1.First,from the students practical skills,awareness of the importance of learning motivation factors,training course setting and evaluation methods,training teachers,reserve the existing service equipment and a series of point of view,Yantai city middle school occupation automobile industry is the object of this research,combined with the actual development level study on the automobile industry of medium occupation school students were analyzed.Through continuous research,understanding of post requirements and job responsibilities,and then study the conditions of enterprise selection of employees and the cooperation between enterprises.2.In the second aspect,the author discussed the secondary vocation schools education in Yantai city in the following area from the recognition of the importance of practical skills,the influencing factors of learning motivation,training curriculum setting,the evaluation methods,the steam service professional training teachers,experimental teaching equipment and facilities condition aspects.the author analyzes the attitude and current situation of vocational students' practice skills and management.Through investigation and visit,the author has learned about the job setting of relevant enterprises and the practical skill requirements of each post,and analyze the tendentiousness of the employees' working hours and the cooperation intention of enterprises.3.In the last part,the author proposes solutions from four aspects to the existing problems.The solutions are to raise awareness and motivate students,construct practical teaching system and cultivate practical talents,deepen the cooperative operation mechanism of school enterprises and highlight the characteristics of vocational schools,improve practical teaching management and strengthen quality control.
