In order to meet the demand of social development for the high level applied talents,and to change the single situation of the postgraduate education mode in our country,it is urgent to innovate the new mode of graduate education.Although the development of graduate education in China has been thirty years,the quality of graduate education is not optimistic.Without exception to postgraduate training schools,postgraduate training mechanism,integration of fresources,lack of old thinking,lack of innovation management mode of dull,not willing to go out and bringing in "etc.These are the current situation in the cultivation of postgraduates.With the transformation of Chinese education,colleges and universities have begun to rethink the postgraduate training mode,combined with the national "collaborative innovation" policy call,cultivate students of colleges and universities have begun to seek a new breakthrough in the original study mode.There is no lack of the introduction of relevant policies,to be practical,but due to various reasons,stays in the cooperation level,and did not do a full range of collaborative culture,the graduate student collaborative training results is not ideal.This study from the "collaborative culture" perspective,combing the relevant research in the training mode,according to the common elements of postgraduate training mode in the process of combining the theory of collaborative innovation,collaborative training process for the four aspects of dynamic mechanism,operationmechanism,security mechanism and evaluation mechanism of school students.Combined with the community theory,network organization theory and the cultivation of literature review mode to cooperative training mode is divided into three categories:inter school graduate course as the carrier of collaborative culture schools,selected to build Nanj ing University in China as an example to study the heart;scientific research project oriented collaborative culture schools,selected "Singapore-MIT Alliance(SMA)as the main case and individual subjects as the carrier aided case;the research of collaborative training students from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the University of Michigan School,build the University of Michigan College as an example.From the four elements of power mechanism,operationmechanism,evaluation mechanism and guarantee mechanism to probe into three kinds of mode of training cases;finally summarizes the Intercollegiate Collaborative training should first clear cooperative strategic positioning secondly break intercollegiate cooperation barriers,the new training mode;perfecting the security system,establish long-term mechanism of cooperative training is essential to strengthen the final strategy;the policy guidance,to create new value of cooperative training experience.
