The active and healthy psychological character will have an important impact on junior high students to the learning and life,and it is also of great significance to their life outlook and world outlook.On the basis of combing analysis of positive mental health education related research,this article carries out an empirical study of the effectiveness of the junior high school students' active mental health curriculum.It is intended to prove the implementation of the active mental health education curriculum,and it is positive,optimistic,and healthy for junior high school students.The formation of quality has a significant role in promoting,at the same time,it can also make up for the deficiencies in the quantitative research of current positive mental health education for junior middle school students,and provide scientific and referentially popularized curriculum implementation experience for the implementation and promotion of active mental health education courses.This study reviews the literature of mental health education and positive psychology firstly,on the basis of clarifying the current status of active mental health education for junior high school students,and taking full advantage of students' potential to promote healthy growth and well-being,an active mental health course is based on experience and participation.The course consists of 18 units.Emphasis on academic efficacy,emotional intelligence,and interpersonal relationship.On this basis,the schools were selected as the experimental group and the control group for empirical analysis.The experimental group students set up an active mental health curriculum,and for the implementation of two-semester active mental health curriculum in one school year,the two groups of students were collected before the implementation of the curriculum.Measured data,posttest data and follow-up data,and statistical analysis of the corresponding data,to explore the role and impact of the implementation of positive mental health curriculum on the formation of positive psychological character of junior high school students,and the study concluded as follows:(1)The positive mental health curriculum has a significant effect to the students aboutthe formation of positive psychological.Students who have studied have improved their academic self-efficacy,emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationships,and there are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group.(2)The active mental health curriculum has different effects on the different dimensions of the three indicators : academic self-efficacy ? emotional intelligence ? and interpersonal relationship.The educational effect on some dimensions needs to be improved.(3)The study of active mental health curriculum also affects students of different genders in the three indicators.And the average of the academic self-efficacy and learning-affective dimensions are lower for boys than girls,while the energy-sensitivity dimension is higher for boys.Emotional Intelligence Index and its four dimensions,boys are all lower than girls;in terms of comprehensive indicators of interpersonal relationships,regardless of the overall index or different dimensions,the mean of boys is higher than that of girls.(4)The content of the active mental health curriculum and the implementation are feasible and effective by designed.(5)The formation of active and healthy psychological character need to be continued.And the positive mental health education should pay more attention to the continuity,and systematicness and planning of the curriculum.
