Educational tour is a new type of educational practice combined with tourism and education.It has been highly valued by various regions and countries.In China,Educational tour as a new way of education is of great significance to cultivate the socialist core values of primary school students and develop the comprehensive quality of pupils.“The Outline of National Tourism and Leisure(2013-2020)” issued by the State Council in February 2013 pointed out “educational tour of elementary and middle school students should be carried out gradually”.In November 2016,the Ministry of Education and other 11 departments jointly issued the “Opinions on Promoting Educational Tour of Primary and Secondary School Students” to put forward “developing a group of educational tour activity course with outstanding effect in educating people”.“The ‘13th Five-Year Plan' for the Development of the National Education Undertaking” proposes “encouraging conditional areas to carry out educational tour for primary and middle school students”.All of them provide policy support and direction guidance for the development of educational tour activity course in elementary schools in China.In this study,the study of educational tour activity course in primary school was carried out by means of literature,interview,questionnaire and so on.First of all,using the method of questionnaire survey and interview from educational tour activity course cognition,educational tour activity course objectives,educational tour activity course contents,the implementation of educational tour activity course and the evaluation system of educational tour activity course five aspects to research the implementation of Shijiazhuang urban primary school educational tour activity course,and analyzed.Then,on this basis,the course objectives of the primary school educational tour activity course are determined,the content of the elementary school educational tour activity course is selected,the implementation plan for the design of the primary school educational tour activity course program is designed,and the evaluation system of the elementary school educational tour activity course is constructed.Develop a comprehensive educational tour activity course of primary school to better serve students' development.This paper includes the following five parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly includes five parts: the proposal of the problem,the significance of the research,the literature review at home and abroad,the ideas and methods of the research,and the innovation point of the research.The second part is an outline of the development of educational tour activity course in primary school.On the basis of combing the related literature,this paper analyzes the concept,basic theory,the nature of the course and the basic ideas of the development of educational tour activity course in primary school.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the present situation of educational tour activity course in primary school.Taking the students and their teachers from the fourth to sixth grades in Shijiazhuang urban area as a research object,the present situation of the implementation of educational tour activity course in primary school research is investigated and analyzed.The fourth part is the development of educational tour activity course in primary school.Combined with the results of surveys and interviews,the development of primary school research on educational tour activity course is carried out in five aspects: development principles,course objectives,course contents,course implementation and course evaluation.The fifth part is the conclusion.The content of the study is summarized as a whole,and the deficiencies of the study are pointed out.
