The Research About The Design Optimization Of Ideological And Political Assignments In Senior High School

With the development of the times,the continuous progress of educational ideas,quality education and the new curriculum reform are constantly put forward to new requirements for teaching,homework as the last link of teaching,but also a lot of teachers are the most easy to ignore the link,the promotion of teaching work can not be separated from the assistance of homework.How to play the role of homework to a large extent depends on the quality of homework design,homework design is a multi-subject,multi-form,multi-type design process,but also a process to promote students to improve emotional experience.Good homework design can not only play the role of consolidating classroom knowledge learning,improve students' ability,bring pleasant emotional experience,and then promote the comprehensive development of students;At the same time,it can also pave the way for the development of new teaching links,and play a role in the past and the future.The foreign scholars have done a lot of research on the content,influencing factors and effectiveness of homework design,and the direction of the optimization operation design is pointed out.The research results of domestic scholars on the current situation of political lessons in domestic high schools provide support for the optimization of job design.The recent development zone,constructivism,the education theory from the middle school and the multivariate intelligence provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of operation design.his paper is based on the study of domestic and foreign scholars.Through literature research method,interview method questionnaire survey method,the ideological and political class homework design survey was carried out in yantai No.3 High school.Through investigation,it is found that the work design of the ideological and political class in yantai is very helpful to teaching,There are many valuable lessons to be learned,but there are some problems.For example,the design content of homework should be carried out in light practice,poor coordination of each subject,lack of diversity in design subjects,solidification of operation design.In this paper,we find out the reasons for the problem,it also tries to put forward some optimization measures from the aspects of homework design goal,operation design principle,form of operation design,job design type and operation design process.Forexample,to clarify principle of homework design,let students choose number,difficulty and form of homework design independently,so that students can be the subject and give full play to their autonomy.Rich operation design types,for example,put forward the hierarchical job design,aimed at student performance difference arrange different difficulty of homework,let the students can experience the joy of success in operation,arouse the enthusiasm of students' learning.Such as increasing job design form,and put forward to combining operation design and multimedia technology,using the current forms such as tablets,flip the classroom to students bring the homework that find everything new and fresh design,thus to arouse the students' learning enthusiasm.The exploration of homework design is still a long way,this process is the need for teachers and students to participate in the exploration,innovation from various angles,so that homework in the whole teaching can play a better effect,all is for students to achieve better development and progress.
