Physical fitness is an important component of athletes' athletic ability.Good physical fitness is the key to athletes possessing high levels of technical and athletic performance.It is also the basis for athletes to give full play to their competitive ability.This article takes volleyball project's traditional physical fitness training method as a starting point,analyzes the inadequacies and causes of traditional physical training methods,tries to build a fitness training method suitable for young volleyball athletes with a new concept and method of physical fitness training,and applies it to the current training system.In order to improve the quality of physical training,improve athletes' competitive level.The research methods used in this paper mainly include literature and so on.Ten athletes from the women volleyball team of Shanxi Sports Vocational and Technical College were selected as training subjects.Body function tests and basic fitness tests were performed with the help of the FMS test suite.Functional fitness training method systems were constructed based on the test results and the ten-week physical fitness training was conducted.The results of physical fitness test before and after comparison training are as follows:(1)This research institute to build functional training system mainly includes three stages,each stage of training mainly includes strength,agility,speed,endurance,etc,the training content.(2)The experimental group after 10 weeks of functional training intervention,in the test project achievement rise significantly higher than the control group students,shows that functional training to improve women volleyball athletes lower limbs explosive power,speed,quality,upper limbs explosive force,sensitive quality,maximum strength and endurance quality raise more advantage than traditional physical training.(3)The experimental group after 10 weeks of functional training intervention,all the seven functional activities before screening test on the test have significantly improved,and the total score higher than 14 points,suggests that functional training for women volleyball athletes special physical quality to improve have significant effects.(4)In the control group after 10 weeks of traditional physical training,all the seven functional action screening test on the stability and balance coordination only two test projectshave improved,and the test score is still lower than 14 points,suggests that the traditional physical training effect in limited link athletes basic movement function significantly less functional training study.
