According to the actual experience of personal education,through interviews and a case study on the implementation of knowledge and experience of teaching from two aspects of teachers and students,I have found many problems of teaching experience in the teaching activities of high school ideological and political course which exist in the course of experience activities,such as being too formal,ignoring students' emotion,the depth of thinking not enough,improper design experience,single evaluation methods,which lead to a series of problems where experiential teaching can not fully play its role,nor it can achieve the ultimate goal of teaching experience.In view of these problems,combined with personal teaching practice examples,I put forward the application principle of experiential teaching in high school ideological and political lesson,taking life practice as the blueprint of experience activity,taking the individual experience difference as the keynote,and taking the dynamic of students' experience activity as the core.Carrying out the ideological and political course in high school teaching experience application mechanism can help to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students to create ecological classroom,change the concept of teachers to improve teachers' ability,and update the evaluation mechanism to achieve the teaching goal both for the teachers and the students.In the classroom operation practice,I will elaborate the high school ideological and political lesson on how to carry out the experience teaching mode of operation based on my own teaching practice,from the experience of the design to the classroom operation of the main points.Finally,based on the subject of students,this paper puts forward suggestions on how to guide students to participate in high school ideological and political lesson experiential teaching activities.
