Performance management and corporate culture are complex and changeable market competition situation and the rapid development of productive forces, its essence is to give full play to its resultant force and yield twice the result with half the effort.This paper introduces the basic theory of performance management and corporate culture and the relations, using the literature method, the interview method and combined with the field survey of HD company and the different levels of staff interviews, and the empirical research method and conducted a field survey and interviews with different levels of staff in HD company. There are a series of problems in the performance management and corporate culture construction, such as the system is not perfect, the goal is not clear, the responsibility is not clear, the value of fuzzy and so on. In particular, the lack of innovation and the enterprise culture only stay in the management of the surface. Therefore, it puts forward some measures to promote the integration of performance management and corporate culture, and draws the following: 1.
