| By taking the Premier Press Conference of the two sessions in 2017 as a case study,5 graduate students who major in English interpretation of Heilongjiang University practiced the case.Author evaluated and analyzed their translations,especially verb problems.In addition,the author classifies the problems in the process of the translation of verbs,namely,the inaccuracy of verb use,the mistake of verb collocation,the grammatical error of the verb and the leaking of the verb.Author also analyzes the causes of the problems.The incorrect use of verbs is due to incorrect understanding of words and failure to consider the culture or habits of two languages.On the other hand,prepositional collocation errors or collocation errors can lead to verb collocation errors.The grammatical errors of verbs are caused by the influence of mother tongue transfer and the lack of grammatical knowledge.Finally,insufficient knowledge storage and memory overload can lead to missed translation of verbs.Thus,the strategies of verb selection and processing are summed up,including the preparation before interpretation and the processing techniques of verbs.The paper also provided suggestions and experience for the interpreter in the future. |
