Research On The Sustainable Development Of Our National Pension Institutions

With the developing economy,aging society has coming,the pension problem is more and more serious.At present,China has initially formed a home-based institution to supplement,health care combined with the pension service system.However,in the face of the contradiction between supply and demand of the old and serious old-age services,especially the supply and demand of the old-age service supply and demand,the role of the pension in the supplementary position is very important,and the role of the pension in the social pension is an important subject.This paper briefly describes the history of the long-term development of private pension institutions in China and the existing problems,from the tutor of the National Social Science Fund in the subject of 171 private pension agencies to carry out empirical research data to find out the impact of sustainable development of China's private pension agencies,To further identify the "crux of the problem" and the solution,for the sustainable development of private pension agencies made a few suggestions.The first part of the paper analyzes the three historical backgrounds and the present situation of the development of the private pension institutions in our country.The background of the rise of private pension institutions is:the serious challenges of population aging,the family pension bear the burden,the supply of public pension services.The second part of the paper makes an empirical analysis of the research data.By analyzing the hypothesis,selecting the variables,analyzing the samples and data,the factors that affect the sustainable development of the private rest homes are as follows:bed occupancy rate,pension care,Subsidies,financing channels.The third part of the paper mainly introduces the practice of promoting the development of private pension institutions in the United States,Japan and the United Kingdom,and explores its reference to the development of private pension institutions in our country:scientific and professional nursing staff,clear institutional classification and Service content,the establishment of scientific evaluation system and supervision and evaluation system.On the basis of the previous analysis and discussion,the paper puts forward the policy ideas to promote the permanent development of the private endowment institutions in our country:to improve the utilization of resources,to strengthen the construction of the nursing staff,to strengthen the policy support and to expand the sources of funds,To create "Internet + pension" mode.
