Under the favorable circumstances of world studying Chinese,nowadays the Chinese education career in our country has changed from the simple “bring in ”into“go out”,the coverage of Chinese international education promotion continues to expand and the international influence continued to increase.I'm privileged to become one of the CPIK project members in April 2015 when visiting South Korea to enter the first line of Chinese education in Chungcheongnam-do,Yesan Girls' High School.During the actual teaching,I took the research activities in detail according to my teaching experiences.I hope not only to improve the teaching level through the research activities,but also provided research data and promote China's "going out" career of Chinese language education.The article aims at the volunteer teachers who are engaged in Korean high school of Chinese teaching work in the CPIK project activity in 2015.The creation of this article according to discover and analyze problems and find solutions to the problem.During the introduction,the author briefly introduce the research ideas,research purpose,research contents and the research significance.In the first chapter,I elaborates the basic information of Chungcheongnam-do,Yesan Girls' High School,the curriculum arrangement setting,the teacher s' information,the textbook use and the examination to the teachers and stud ents.In the second chapter,by using the method of investigation and interview,this article explores the studying situation of Chungcheongnam-do,Yesan Girls' High School students and the CPIK Chinese volunteer teachers' teaching situation.The article also analysis the students Chinese learning motivation,learning content preferences,the requirements and attitude to Chinese textbooks,Chinese teachers and teaching skill through summarize the data statistics and Chinese teachers' visit answer.In the third chapter,through the analysis of questionnaire and teacher interview results,the article take Yesan Girls' High School as an example to summarize the representative of our school's problems and disadvantages exit in teaching which include the lack of attention from the government and school,the not entirely reasonable of Chinese class type,the professional quality of teachers needs to be improved,the collaborative teaching model has not been put in place,the Chinese teaching materials lack of practical,the Chinese teaching methods lack of interest and so on.In the fourth chapter,some of the concerns were put forward to address comments and suggestions.the author hoped to strengthen both teachers' team construction,to improve the teaching method and to implement the Chinese teaching that the teachers and students assessment test in these aspects,and further promote the development of Yesan Girls' High chool language teaching career through the improving of the status of Chinese classroom,optimize Korean curriculum,scientific and flexible the use of the textbook and so on.
