With the improvement of our awareness of education, parent-school has become an important issue in students' education both in theory and practice. Perfect education needs support from family and community instead of onefold school study. Under the multicultural background and with the impact of diverse education values, traditional family and school education are facing many challenges. Schools hope to get support from families but the latter question the mode of school education, which violates the rule of perfect education--Family and school education should be responsible for their aims and have clear position, then cooperate with each other. Therefore, how to unifies family education and school education becomes the major problem which needs to be solved by parents and schools.The National Medium and Long-term Plan for Education Reform and Development published by Ministry of Education explicitly said, the common goal of school education and family education is to help kindergarten children, primary students and middle school students grow up healthily. Setting up parents committee has important significance for playing a role of parents, promoting parent-school cooperation, optimizing the educational environment and building modern school system. The central committee of the communist party of China pays high attention to further study of theoretical meaning and practical value in parent-school.The study of parent-school cooperation is relatively active both in domestic and foreign academic circles. There are a certain amount of articles with some achievements. Xi'an city is famous for its education. There are more than 1767 primary and secondary schools and about 260,000 enrolments in jurisdictions. But there's no research aims at parent-school cooperation situation. Therefore, through the questionnaire survey and simple interviews of 600 parents,200 teachers and 100 students of six primary and secondary schools (three primary schools and three middle schools) in different district of xi 'an, and the feedback of their understanding and implementation of parent-school cooperation helps this article analyze the status quo and influencing factors of relevant people's participation in parent-school cooperation. Measures and suggestions are put forward based on the problems.
