Competitive Aerobics in the competitive events on the road has gone through more than 30 years,from the past few years China's achievements,competitive aerobics special technology needs new exploration.Therefore,research on core training,special technology,purpose(1)to have a definition and evaluation standards of special techniques of competitive aerobics,the true interpretation of the competitive aerobics special technology is composed of what the basic technology.(2)summarize and summarize the composition of core training and the training methods corresponding to each training.(3)the research summed up the core competitive aerobics training methods and the combination of the characteristics,improve the scientific training methods,through training,study on core competitive aerobics special training on the impact of technology to improve the method and theoretical basis of Competitive Aerobics Special technology..In this paper,using the methods of literature,expert interviews,experimental methods,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other methods,select 20 Aerobics athletes as the experimental object.The first set of evaluation index(evaluation index of core parts of the evaluation index,the core part of the stability evaluation index,special technical index),according to the evaluation index of real data before and after the experimental subjects were analyzed through the data to study the core training of Competitive Aerobics Special technology.Finally,the thesis concludes and analyzes the conclusions obtained in this paper,and finally puts forward the corresponding development strategies and personal opinions.Results(1)effect of core training on moving technology: moving the main knee and ankle joint,hip joint flexion and extension of the natural control,core training is helpful to improve the stability and strength of hip joint.At the same time,the stability and strength of the core part have great influence on the ankle and knee,the natural flexion and extension of ankle muscle,the coordination control of muscle and the stability of the body center of gravity.Eighth weeks,the experimental group and the control group were tested and studied.The data show that the core training has a significant impact on the competitive aerobics athletes.(2)the core effect of training on body balance control technology: body posture,exercise,complete balance control for the body's needs,core strength and stability is conducive to control the body posture of the natural straight,route and track movement control is clear,complete control of the intensity and range of motion clean the difficulty and fluency.The balance control technique of the athlete's body was tested for eight weeks.The experimental data prove that the core training of eight weeks has obviously improved and improved the body balance control technique of competitive aerobics.(3)the influence of core training on high-altitude landing technology: core training has a great impact on high-altitude landing technology.In the air,the air core area on the stability of the attitude control,prevent the body tilted and crooked.When landing,the explosive force of the leg and the core area is quickly ground into a brace or a fork.The corresponding core training can ensure landing safety,and improve difficulty,complete quality.The core training of eight weeks has obviously improved and improved the high-altitude landing technique of competitive aerobics.(4)effects of core training on Technologies: Swivel technology is the body axis rotation,twist to the attention of the lower limb driven upper limb always in the same vertical line,increase the stability of trunk control ability of core area of core training for athletes of the pelvis and spine,also increases the movement is turning technology.Eight weeks of core training,through the experimental group,the control group athletes twist technical scores were compared and analyzed.The core training of 8 weeks has obviously improved and improved the skills of Athletic Aerobics athletes.(5)the core training on the influence of core parts of core stability strength,core training for the core parts of the core parts of strength,stability,through the experiment of the core parts of test data,Experimental data show that eight weeks of nuclear strength training for the core strength of aerobics and the stability of the core areas have been significantly improved and improved.
