To promote the healthy growth of students is the main work of the class teacher,is an important goal of the classroom management.High cohesion class is conducive to the growth and development of students,but now the general high school class cohesion is not high,there is room for ascension,this article mainly from the perspective of class management,discussing how to perfect and improve the management style of class teacher to improve the cohesion of the class.This study comprehensively uses the methods of Literature research,questionnaire survey,interviews,etc,to investigate and analyse the status quo of the class cohesion of the high three levels in Xinhui of Jiangmen city,and combine the management style of the class head teacher,and analyse the influence of the management style of class teacher on class cohesion.This study mainly from the class rules and regulations approval,class goals,the harmonious degree of teacher-student relationship,the degree of harmony between students,the student's group awareness of five dimensions of the status of class cohesion,the implementation of the class management system,the achievement of class objectives,student group awareness of the impact of class cohesion.At the same time,the democratic type of autocratic,laissez-faire type of the three management style of the class of the cohesion of the class,find democratic management style brings the cohesiveness of class up,followed by the autocratic management style with the cohesiveness of class,laissez-faire management style with the cohesiveness of class is the worst.According to the survey results,to perfect and improve management style,improving class cohesion proposals.The value of this study is to discuss the influence of the management style of the class teacher on the cohesion of class,and propose corresponding suggestions for three kinds of management styles,in practice for the general high school teacher how to improve their management style,building cohesive high class to provide a certain reference value.
