With the continuous development of the Olympic movement,great influence of the Olympic culture spreads rapidly in the whole world,which is far beyond the sport itself and makes a difference into many fields of social life,such as culture,education,ideological concept,value orientation,ways of life,science and technology etc.The ‘Olympic Charter' pointed out that the goal of the Olympic movement is "through without any discrimination,with the Olympic spirit of friendship,solidarity and fair spirit of mutual understanding of sports to educate the youth to contribute to building a peaceful and better world." In the opinion of Coubertin and other pioneers of the Olympic movement,the greatest significance of the Olympic movement is the educational value of the Olympic culture,which is the best way to combine the human volition,culture and values all sort of things.2022 Winter Olympic games,partly snow projects will be held in Zhang Jiakou,which is a good chance to promote the spirit of Olympic Games and to spread its culture in the city.The Olympic culture——the bright pearl in the treasure house of world,is broad and profound,but also is an excellent material for education for teenagers,many experts and scholars have studied and achieved fruitful results in this field.However,the research on the application of the Olympic culture in Chinese teaching is very rare,which is a kind of regret,meanwhile,it is the difficulty and meaning of my paper.The Chinese curriculum standard of compulsory education(2011 Edition)pays more attention to develop and utilize the curriculum resources,which is a highlight of Chinese curriculum reform,making a far-reaching impact on Chinese teaching.It is the duty and mission of Chinese teachers to make full use of the Chinese curriculum resources in this area.Based on full use of the national curriculum,Chinese teaching in the new period should consist of the exploration of unique history in different regions,mountains and rivers,places of historic interest the current and hot spots.The Olympic culture combines a large amount of Chinese education resources,providing us with the precise curriculum resources,such as ancient Greek legends,interesting anecdotes,the stories about Olympic athletes,the articles of Olympic spirit,and the propaganda of Zhang Jiakou Olympics and so on.The rich cultural connotation and diverse values will actively promote the improvement of students' Chinese accomplishment and the cultivation of humanistic spirit,which will have a positive and beneficial effect on the long-term advancement of students.The main problem in this paper is how to apply it to the Chinese teaching in Zhang Jiakou junior middle school.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the preface,which mainly states the significance of the topic,the present situation of the research at home and abroad,the research plan.The second part summarizes the connotation and characteristics of the Olympic culture,and the feasibility of using the Chinese curriculum resources in the Chinese teaching in Zhang Jiakou junior middle school.On the feasibility of the three aspects,that is,the requirements of the national education administrative departments,the support of modern educational theory and the advantages of Zhang Jiakou in this regard.The third part discusses the Chinese education resources which can be developed and utilized in the Olympic culture in detail.The details include the ancient Greek myth,the Olympic Games anecdotes,the significance of Olympic Games,Olympic athlete and pioneer,and Olympic related literary works and a series of activities of Zhang Jiakou Olympics.The fourth part discusses the value of Chinese education of Olympic culture from the two aspects of teaching and social value;and then describes the current situation of Olympic culture development in Zhang jiakou City.According to teachers,students and parents of three types of questionnaires and interviews,obtained first-hand information about the status of their use of the Olympic culture the demand and the Olympic culture in Chinese teaching,lay the foundation for the development of the next Olympic cultural resources,pointed out the direction.The fifth part illustrates the objectives and strategies of the use of the Olympic cultural resources,which is the key in the development of curriculum resources.As a complement to the national curriculum,development and utilization of Olympic culture strategies should be regarded as the starting point of national textbooks,to cope with the relationship between the national curriculum and local curriculum resources,and to maximize the Olympic cultural resources of Chinese education function.The sixth part discusses the mode of the development and utilization of the Olympic cultural resources in the form of case analysis,and carries on the analysis from the angle of the new curriculum idea.Due to the lack of relevant theories and practice,the research of this paper is somewhat superficial and naive,I hope that the exploration could promote the research of the Olympic culture in Chinese education,and provide a reference for Chinese teachers in the use of cultural resources in the teaching.
