| At present,various regions of our country because of some subjective and objective factors,economic development is still showing a large imbalance in the underdeveloped areas of social and economic backwardness,natural resources did not play well,these areas of brain drain is still more serious,resulting in developed areas of talent crowded,underdeveloped areas is the talent talent shortage.In the face of this situation,it has become an urgent task to promote the economic and social development and realize the balanced development of China’s economic and social development and realize the economic and social development in the underdeveloped areas.Therefore,the less developed areas are faced with the problem of how to take effective strategies to attract talent and retain talent.Based on this,this paper takes Mudanjiang city as an example,and carried out the special research on how to promote the rational flow of talents in underdeveloped areas.In this paper,reading in the search,based on collecting large amounts of data,the first and the relevant theory of the deep study and summarize the case,then the introduction mainly from the Mudanjiang municipal personnel,in-depth analysis of the underdeveloped areas of talent introduction of the era meaning,to Mudanjiang City talent introduction in the process of the problems summarized.Mudanjiang City talent flow are mainly the introduction of talent,the subsequent lack of personnel security mechanism is not perfect,backward management and so on;then this article focuses on Mudanjiang City talent flow problems are analyzed from subjective and objective aspects;finally that underdeveloped areas of talent introducing as a system engineering,must take the opportunity of the policy guidance in order to build a platform for the development of talent,the main body,through talent sharing,external support and environmental protection,with the help of advanced talent management,finally promote talent development.Through this research,not only can solve the given flow problems of talents in Mudanjiang City,and through the combination of theory and practice method,on the other underdeveloped areas the introduction of talent to provide new ideas,finally,I hope that through this study,to other underdeveloped areas to provide the reference of talent introduction. |
