Starting in 2016,the Ministry of Education changed the teaching material "Virtue and Life" and "Morality and Rule of Law" to "Morality and Rule of Law" for compulsory primary and lower secondary schools,and began using them in many provinces and municipalities in autumn 2016.This is the fourth plenary session of the 18 th central committee of the party on the establishment of the rule of law in primary and secondary schools to implement the curriculum requirements.At present,the teaching material "Ethics and Rule of Law" has not been officially used in Shanghai junior high school.This article starts with the necessity of the reform of moral and rule of law course,the comparison of moral and rule of law course materials with ideological moral lesson materials,and the new requirements of moral and rule of law course for teachers,and studies the moral and rule of law course teaching in junior high school.This paper takes the seventh and eighth grades of moral and rule of law teaching materials as an example,and studies on moral and rule of law teaching,mainly using literature method,case study method,and supplemented by a certain questionnaire survey method.In the study,the author analyzes the teaching materials of the seventh and eighth grades,conducts teaching research on junior high school ethics and rule of law based on the goals of the school section,the learning situation,and the combing of the unit goals,and strives to make more teachers have a further understanding of junior high school ethics and rule of law.Teaching meaning,Master the new curriculum teaching concept,teaching material characteristics,study and understand the importance of the course and teaching suggestions exchange,in order to use the new teaching material for reference.
