Organizational Culture and Job Involvement are hot issues in management psychology research area.Grasping the linear relation between them contributes to effectively enhance staff's job involvement in universities by reforming organizational cultures.And not only that,organizational culture is an external form the spiritual expectation,material value and institutional ideal in any university,which can reconcile various forces to the same targets.To sum up,organizational cultures are internalized in all the minor details of universities,permeate into every aspect of universities' activities,and internal logic to promote higher education quality.The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between organizational culture and job involvement.The whole structure of this research is confined to university's administrative department and staff,mainly discussing the relationship between organizational culture in administrative department and job involvement of administrative staffs,hoping to enhance administrative staff's job involvement by changing correlated variables of organizational cultures.Fitstly,this paper sorts out and review all of the literatures about studying the relationship between organizational culture and job involvement at home and abroad,making sure the measurement scales for organizational culture and job involvement.Secondly,this research does an empirical research based on the Questionnaire survey,employs S university's administrative staffs as study samples,and make a statistical analysis by using SPSS20.0.Finally,on the basis of research conclusions of statistic analysis,the recommendations of the reform and optimization of organizational culture in colleges and universities are proposed.The main conclusions of this paper are generalized as follows:1.Administrative staffs of different demographic variables have significant differences on the perception level to organizational cultures.(1)There is a significant difference in organizational culture in terms of gender.Men surpass women in the property of participation and adaptation of organizational culture.(2)There is a significant difference in organizational culture in terms of marital status.The married and childless administrative staffs surpass those who are non-single and unmarried or bachelordom on the mission of organizational culture.(3)There is a significant difference in organizational culture in terms of education background.Administrative staffs with a bachelor's degree supass those with a master's degree in the property of goal and consistency of organizational culture during their working.Administrative staffs with a doctorate supass those with a master's degree in the consistency of organizational culture.2.Administrative staffs of different demographic variables have significant differences on the perception level to job involvement.There is a significant difference in job involvement in terms of education background.In the dimension of vitality,administrative staffs with a doctorate have the highest vitality,masters are the lowest,and undergraduates are centered.In the dimension of dedication,administrative staffs with a doctorate are more willing to contribute to their organization than masters and undergraduates.3.Organizational culture has a remarkable and positive influence to job involvement.(1)Property of participation of organizational culture has a remarkable and positive influence to dedication of job involvement.(2)Consistency of organizational culture has a remarkable and positive influence to vitality of job involvement.(3)Consistency of organizational culture has a remarkable and positive influence to concentration of job involvement.(4)Mission of organizational culture has a remarkable and positive influence to vitality of job involvement.(5)Mission of organizational culture has a remarkable and positive influence to dedication of job involvement.According to the study conclusion,the author puts forward to five suggestions such as granting additional power to administrative staffs,focusing on the personal development of administrative staffs,intensifying the core value of organization,elevating the organizational collaboration and establishing the organizational goal and strategy plan to reform and improve the organizational culture of universities,which can stimulate the working vitality of administrative staffs,enhance the working concentration,and arouse the spirit of utter devotion.Ultimately,it is advantageous for undergraduates to enhance their learning quality and for college and university teachers to enhance their quality of teaching.
