Research On The Impact Of Significant Others On The Values Of Higher Vocational Students

Values are a unique criterion for every person living in this new era,which reflects the comprehensive situation of current society,politics,economy and culture.Higher vocational students are the main builders and successors of socialist modernization.Their values not only affect their own growth and success,but also play a more or less role in promoting or hindering the cause of socialist modernization.Significant others are indispensable in the growth process of Higher Vocational students.They have a close and long-term relationship with higher vocational students.Compared with other influencing factors,the influence of significant others is more huge and far-reaching.After consulting and sorting out the relevant literature,this research clarifies the existing research results and shortcomings.Starting from the investigation and study of the values of the existing higher vocational students,this paper adopts the methods of questionnaire and interview,takes the "significant others" as the research object,and takes the students of three higher vocational schools in Tianjin as an example,emphatically discusses the significant others' influence on the higher vocational students.The influence of values and the ways to influence it have put forward corresponding suggestions and strategies for strengthening the value education of Higher Vocational students.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background,research significance,core concepts,theoretical basis and related literature.The second part mainly introduces the research design of this paper which includes the research purpose,research content,research methods and survey samples.The third part mainly analyses the types of significant others of Higher Vocational students.and what impact and means do they have on Higher Vocational students' sense of worth is included.The fourth part is based on the results of the third part of the survey.according to the different significant others for Higher Vocational students,as vocational teachers,parents,peer groups and idols as well as their influence on improving higher vocational students' sense of worth,the author will put forward corresponding suggestions.The results show that significant others are an important factor affecting the formation and development of Higher Vocational students' values.The main types of significant others of higher vocational students are parents,teachers,peer groups,idols and role models.Different types of significant others have different influence contents and ways on the values of Higher Vocational students.On this basis,this paper puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the value education of Higher Vocational students,that is,while attaching importance to the significant others of Higher Vocational students,we should give full play to the influence of the significant others on the values of Higher Vocational students.
