Research On The Impact Of Green Trade Barriers On China's Agricultural Exports

The foreign trade of agricultural products of China is significant for the agricultural development of China,exerting positive influence on promoting rural employment and coping with the “three rural issues ”. China is one of the major countries in the trade of agricultural products,but in the process of internationalization,the foreign trade of our agricultural products also facing severe challenges, more and more trade barriers;the green trade barrier is becoming the main form of tariff barriers For agricultural products trade because of its concealment and diversification. So the research on the influence of green trade barrier on the China exports of agricultural products under current situation,Provides a better reference for the government to formulate policy, according to the analysis of the current situation and the reasons.This paper first introduced the theory of trade protection, sustainable development theory and information asymmetry theory,which are the basic green trade barrier theories and analyzed performance of green trade barriers and economic utility, from the aspects including the influence on export product cost, the impact on the export quantity, the exporter of welfare, the influence on the terms of trade, the export amount of national welfare and the influence of China's agricultural products export, export market, export structure as well as China's agricultural products in the export of the types and features of the green trade barrier. And green trade barrier from the export, export market, the comparative advantage of China's agricultural exports, and the influence of China's green trade barriers, including domestic factors,national, and international factors.Secondly, choosing China's exports amounts of agricultural products, agricultural products import country corresponds to the GDP of the year,China's GDP corresponds to the year, and the gap between the trade of China's exporters variables related to construct gravitational model, collecting 2000-2014 China's agricultural products export panel data, then based on the above variables and panel data of introducing virtual variables at the same time, analyzed China's agricultural products trade amount with different countries at different time, and demonstrates the strength of the influence of green trade barriers on China's agricultural exports, exports of agricultural products is negatively related to the green trade barrier, and the influence coefficient is 0.124219.At last, summarized the reasons why China agricultural product Suffer from the green trade barriers from international, national and domestic three areas.Following suggestions were put forward: Firstly, the government should play its role inagricultural products between its role in increasing the financial policies and subsidies on agricultural exports, promoting the establishment and improving agricultural product quality and safety management system, and exchange and cooperation.Secondly, with regard to agricultural trade associations, on one hand should build and improve the standardization of agricultural products, the early warning mechanism to strengthen the trade of agricultural products, so green barriers can get information faster. Finally, for the enterprise market, the enterprise should promote agricultural science and technology innovation, improve the level of quality of agricultural products; increase innovation and investment management, and promote large-scale agricultural production; timely adjustment of export of agricultural market structure and product structure, the maximum extent risk diversification; promote agricultural brand, and improve the international competitiveness of agricultural markets.This paper collects a lot of data and information on the basis of the theoretical research and empirical analysis of China's agricultural exports of green trade barriers to conduct a comprehensive analysis and research, put forward suggestions targeted,provides certain value government departments provide a reference value, with important practical and theoretical significance.
