Research On Knowledge Management Of Knowledge Workers In JN Design Institute

With the emergence of the industrial 4, intelligent manufacturing slowly appeared in the people's attention, it will be our traditional manufacturing to intelligent transformation.Manufacturing intelligent process is not as simple as building a production line, it need to put a large number of research and development of intelligent equipment for research and development.Therefore, the main force of research and development team- knowledge workers in scientific research institutions, the status is gradually rising. Because of China's scholars of the knowledge type employees of a late start, the research results of performance management of knowledge workers is rare, most scientific research institutions of knowledge type staff management still use the traditional ideas and methods, the effect is evident. Therefore, it is urgent to study the performance and management of knowledge workers in scientific research institutions in our country.Firstly, we described JN design and Research Institute of the nature, composition and the current performance management.Then analyzed the features of the knowledge type employees,nature of work and organization form, sort out the current performance management methods of the design institute in the face of the lack of knowledge workers. Finally, the factors that affect the performance of knowledge workers are summarized through the questionnaire, basised it,combined with the balanced scorecard, a set of performance management methods for knowledge workers in JN Design Institute is designed.The purpose of this paper is to establish a set of reasonable and scientific knowledge staff performance management methods in JN design institute, which provides some references for the performance management of the knowledge workers in the design institute.
