The Research On Chinese Industrial Enterprises' Technological Innovation Efficiency

In the complex international environment,in order to grasp the initiative,China must rely on innovation driven economic development,and make clear the status of innovation in the process of national development to promote economic transformation and upgrading.Innovation is the first power to lead development.In order to achieve the strategic goal of innovation driven development,as an important carrier of economic and technological,enterprises need to emphasize innovation by increasing investment and actively carrying out technological innovation activities.At present,China's economy has entered a period of the "new normal".The upsurge of innovation has been set up in the whole country.It is necessary to improve the ability of technological innovation and bring on the dominant position of enterprises.Compared with 2005,the large and medium-sized industrial enterprises with R&D activities in 2014 have reached 21858,an increase of 3.18 times.Human,material and financial resources input has increased year by year,but compared with developed countries,China's investment in industrial enterprises is still far from enough,this shows the phenomenon of low level of overall technological innovation.Therefore,this paper takes the technological innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises as the object of study,and evaluates the efficiency of technological innovation of industrial enterprises.This paper analysis of the impact factors of technology innovation of industrial enterprises.On this basis,we select the input indicators and output indicators suitable for national conditions and construct the evaluation system of technological innovation.Using the DEA analysis method,from two aspects of static and dynamic,this paper studies the efficiency of technological innovation in industrial enterprises,and put forward the improvement direction and strength.Finally,the conclusion is that the technological innovation activities of the industrial enterprises are not enough,the investment resources are wasted seriously,the regional differences of technological innovation efficiency are obvious.And put forward the policy suggestions can effectively promote the level of technological innovation efficiency of China.
