| The land improvement is an important part of our country’s "four comprehensive" strategies,and also an innovative platform for green hills and clear waters.The major land reclamation projects in ningxia have a vital role in the supply-side structural reform for stabilizing growth,adjusting structure,promoting reform and benefiting the people.Therefore,to explore the land management mode in solving a series of problems such as ?lacking money in targeted poverty alleviation,lacking motivation in cultivated land protection,lacking impetus in urban-rural balance,lacking channels in farmers income?,and realize common prosperity synchronously,and achieve common prosperity has theoretical and practical significance.At the same time,this paper used bibliometric methods on 1985-2013 CNKI database and CSSCI Chinese core journals of Social Science Citation Database,and visually analyzed the ?land consolidation? kinds of bibliography.Combined with the atlas visualization tools,this paper revealed the research trends in the field of land consolidation in China,and provided a new idea for the research field of land remediation.The author summarizes the current situation of Ningxia major land consolidation projects,the dialectical analysis of the typical cases of land consolidation,based on the theory of sustainable development theory and system theory,using literature research,case analysis and survey research methods,according to the natural human environment factors in Ningxia partition and realizing common prosperity of the vision,macroscopically divided Ningxia into 3 Districts: The Yellow River Irrigation Area,The Central Arid Area and The Liupan Mountain Loess Plateau Area,and puts forward operational policy recommendations of continuation context,green veins,differential protection of urban and rural landscape features and to retain the land as the carrier of nostalgia,which plays the role of the beginning for differentiation of land regulation mode. |
