Study On The Effect Consolidation Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Maoming City,Guangdong Province

Poverty is a common social problem all over the world,which is the inevitable result of unbalanced economic development and will hinder the further development of economy and society.In order to effectively solve this problem,China has issued a series of Poverty Alleviation Policies since 1978.In 2013,it also began to use precision Poverty Alleviation Policies to accurately identify objects,precisely help,precisely implement policies,precisely manage and precisely assess,so as to use limited resources to achieve poverty alleviation.Since the precise poverty alleviation policy was put forward,all parts of the country have responded to carry out the precise poverty alleviation work,m city is no exception.It mobilizes other cities,institutions,business units and other help,at the same time,it also carries out the bench marking help combined with the causes of poverty,and also applies all kinds of resources and funds to the precise poverty alleviation.However,in the survey,it is found that in the past five years,although the targeted poverty alleviation in M city has achieved certain results,there are still a series of problems,especially the poor consolidation of poverty alleviation results.Based on this,in order to consolidate the effect of targeted poverty alleviation and further promote the purpose of targeted poverty alleviation,this paper takes m city as an example,and makes a systematic analysis of the consolidation of the effect of targeted poverty alleviation in the new era.Specifically,this paper will use literature analysis,theoretical analysis and questionnaire survey to carry out relevant research.First,based on the relevant theories and literature of targeted poverty alleviation,this paper combs the targeted Poverty Alleviation Policies and effects of M city in the new era,and then based on the relevant data obtained from the questionnaire survey,it will consolidate the status quo,existing problems and causes of targeted poverty alleviation in M city Detailed analysis,finally,from the government,the poor,the society three aspects of targeted measures to consolidate the effect of targeted poverty alleviation in M city.Through the research,this paper finds that the government of M city has issued many policies for targeted poverty alleviation.After more than five years’ efforts,the scale and way of poverty alleviation in M city have been improved,and the participation of the poor has been greatly improved.However,the consolidation of targeted poverty alleviation in m city is not good,and there are serious problems such as returning to poverty,failing to achieve real poverty alleviation,and poor sustainability of poverty alleviation This is mainly because the government,farmers and society have certain deficiencies in the consolidation of targeted poverty alleviation.Therefore,it is necessary for the municipal government of m to improve and innovate the mechanism of targeted identification,promote the targeted delivery of poverty alleviation measures,and improve the implementation of targeted Poverty Alleviation Policies.The poor should actively cooperate with targeted poverty alleviation,actively feedback the effect of targeted poverty alleviation,and pay attention to the improvement of their own cultural quality.The society should expand the publicity of targeted Poverty Alleviation Policies,strengthen the supervision of the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation,and support targeted Poverty Alleviation Policies.
