Corporate culture is the soft power of enterprises,which can enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,play a crucial role in achieving sustainable development.In the face of the severe challenges of the tobacco industry,the tobacco enterprises have embarked on the construction of corporate culture.XS Tobacco has been exploring its own corporate culture since 2008,in order to bring together people through corporate culture construction,and then turn the crisis into an opportunity.Through the joint efforts of all managers and employees,,corporate culture has achieved initial results,but there are still some problems restricting the development of corporate culture.This thesis takes the theory of corporate culture as a guide,study the research background,research significance and corporate culture theory.Based on this,the author takes XS tobacco corporate culture as the research object,combined with their own characteristics,design questionnaire and interview outline,survey on the corporate culture cognitive level,the spirit level,the system level,the behavior level and the material level.Through the summary,statistics and analysis of the questionnaire and interview,we can find out the problems and shortcomings of XS tobacco enterprise culture construction in the spiritual level,the system level,the behavior level and the material level.On the basis of the deep analysis of the reasons,the author propose the XS tobacco enterprise culture improvement program from the spirit,system,behavior and material four levels,and provide supporting measures from the organization,system,human resources,material resources and other aspects.The research has a certain reference value in improving the construction of enterprise culture,and has played a part of the reference function.
