Study On Multifunctional Planning And Design Of Cultivated Land In Chongming Island

Agriculture is the source of human food and clothing and the foundation of survival.Cultivated land is the most important production base of agriculture and the basic resource and condition for human survival.The most stringent farmland protection system has been implemented in China,but the situation of farmland protection is still not optimistic at this stage.To solve this problem,it is necessary to change farmland protection from single function to multifunctional protection,so as to improve the comprehensive benefits of cultivated land.As a new topic,the study of farmland protection is still at the theoretical level,and the significance of practical application has not yet been fully reflected.This combination of multifunctional cultivated land research,we should focus on the design system of multifunctional cultivated land planning production,ecology,landscape and recreational functions and multi objective to build the four space,realize effective combination of research and practice of multifunctional cultivated land.The main contents of this thesis include:(1)further study on cultivated land function theory,combining with the spatial attribute of cultivated land,cultivated land is established between the function of specific elements of space relation;(2)establish a multi-objective multi scale multifunctional cultivated land planning and design system and the specific content;(3)taking Chongming Island as an example,for multifunctional cultivated land planning and design case.Conclusion:(1)with spatial attributes of the cultivated land as a physical entity,focuses on the production,ecology,landscape,recreation function to set up four kinds of cultivated land spatial control system,further reveals the essence is the realization of the function of cultivated land spatial combination relations of various elements of space and related management measures.(2)by drawing on the theoretical system of land use planning,we establish three levels of land planning system,which is overall layout,zoning and detailed design,which provides a complete path for the practice of arable land.(3)combined with the empirical study of Chongming Island,this paper believes that relevant research can avoid the disorderly use of cultivated land,effectively realize the coordinated development of arable land,and then provide the comprehensive benefits of arable land.Innovation points:(1)from the view of spatial attribute,deepening the perfect land focus onmulti function theory,which focuses on the production,ecology,landscape,recreation function deployment planning and design,implementation of the MCL manifest.(2)set up the overall layout-zoning Guide-detailed design of three levels of farmland multifunctional planning and design system,laying the foundation for the study of farmland multi-function landing.Outlook: the essence of the MCL is a composite of the cultivated land use,as has the spatial attributes of the entity,in addition to the study of space layout,it should be further defined in proportion to the number of all kinds of elements,but also requires a lot of research and practice verification.I hope relevant research can be further explored and further improved.
