High-speed rail is a great advance and outstanding representative in the history of human transport.The advent of high-speed railway has closed the temporal-spatial distance,strengthen regional ties,improved public transportation and living conditions.And it has made area resource optimize configuration,accelerated industrial cluster and urban construction,speeded up regional economic integration.In general,high-speed raiwayl has greatly promoted the development of regional economy,but it is different that different level cities were affected in content and the direction in the same economic circle along the high-speed railway.For the non-central city of regional economic circle,high-speed railway has boosted the economy,but it has brought negative effects in different extent.According to many relative literatures,I find that the number of literature about positive effects on high-speed railway to regional economy is massive,but the number of research about negative effects on high-speed railway is lacking.To the present situation that literature of the economic impacts of high-speed railway in non-central city of regional economic circle is a blank.The thesis studies the problem from the angle of the area economics and management,combines a research angle of temporal-spatial,base on grad process theory,location theory of economic,growth pole theory and so on,studying the economic effects on non-central city of regional economic circle along high-speed railway,the effect concerns two respects,positive effect and negative effect.In empirical study,author take Chengdu,Mianyang,Leshan,intercity high-speed railway as an example,and take advantage of scatter diagram of correlation analysis of SPSS19.0,r and Sig.from item-total correlation of Pearson.On the premise that high-speed railway is highly correlated with the development of non-central city of regional economic circle,author use the index Rijfrom economic relation intensity of gravity model and the index of diverted passenger flow,and so on to rasearch the positive and negative effects on economic development of Mianyang,Deyang,Meishan,Leshan along Chengdu,Mianyang,Leshan,intercity high-speed railway.It concerns many respects,development of city,economic integration,adjustment of industrial structural,employment of labor,and ecological environment.Research has shown that the positive effect of Chengdu,Mianyang,Leshan,intercity high-speed railway has remained predominantly in non-central city,but the negative effect has still existed by competition between city and city.If non-central cities want to take advantage of high-speed railway to boost the economic development,they should look objectively at the negative effect of high-speed railway,overcome disadvantages of themselves.Finally,from the geographical superiority and resource endowment of non-speed railway of regional economical circle,the thesis points out that developme nt should base on the principles of comparative advantage,in order to avoid the urban marginalization and economic integration,author advised on development of non-central city along high-speed railway.
