Research On Energy Structure Reasonable Degree Measure Of China

Nowadays,global countries all commit to developing low-carbon economy,under this background, each country is in the satuation of saving energy, reducing carbon emissions and exploring the sustainable develpoment way.As a developing country,the primary goal of China is economic growth, but now economic growth depends on energy consumption, this pattern caused the environmental resources destrunctive problem and huge carbon emissions,and the key problem of coordination between economy,environment and energy is energy structure problem.On the basis of domestic scholars' research on low-carbon economy, the paper put forward the understanding of the connotation of low-carbon economy, and then advanced the connotation and concept of enery structure reasonable degree, and according to the connection between energy structure and energy system,economy system,environment system,using 3E system coordination operation process analysing the influence factors of energy structure,finally,filtrating the indexes which can reflect the influence factors. On the basis of DPSIR(Driving Force-Impact-Pressure-State-Response)model,the paper built a energy structure reasonable degree measure index system,classifing the indexes filtrated last step into Driving Force, Impact, Pressure, State, Response, these five aspects,forming the initial energy structure reasonable degree measurement system.Next,using the equivalence relation of rough sets reducing initial energy structure reasonable degree measurement system,setting attribute weight with USES rough sets attribute importance weight method and entropy weight theory,finally do consistency check with these two scores using Mann-Whitney U consistency check,the conclusion is the set of methods working, at the end, after setting attribute weight,the final reasonable energy structure came out.Based on the related data from 1985 to 2012 of China, the paper using the system formed above measured and analysed our country's reasonable degree from 1985 to 2012, draw from which aspects can be more direct and effective to improve energy structure reasonable degree,and put forword the corresponding suggestions.
