| In 2011,"China rural poverty alleviation and development program(2011-2020)" publicly released,outline clearly pointed out that the 14 contiguous areas with special difficulties as the main battlefield of the new era of a new round of poverty alleviation.Then,in March 2,2012,Hubei Province promulgated the "poverty alleviation and development program of Hubei province(2011-2020)".In the program,also made it clear that in the Dabie Mountain area,Wuling mountain,Qin Ba mountain and Mufu mountain in the four contiguous poor areas as the main battlefield of Hubei Province,a new round of poverty alleviation.The two program have been introduced that focus on contiguous poor areas is the new period government poverty alleviation in the main direction and focus,but also means that the focus on contiguous poor areas is faced with hitherto unknown new historical opportunity.How to seize this historic opportunity for development,make good use of the policy advantages of the region out of poverty is the common problem of all the focus on contiguous poor areas have to face.This paper is based on the Hubei province Mufu mountain concentrated destitute areas(hereinafter referred to as the area)as the research object,poverty alleviation and development focus on contiguous poor areas of our province Mufu mountain from the perspective of tourism poverty alleviation is analyzed in detail.On the base of investigation,this paper mainly uses the scientific method,SWOT analysis method and combination of qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation of the tourism sustainable development strategy of the contiguous poor areas of our province Mufu mountain.And on the basis of this study put forward some strategies and Countermeasures for the province of Mufu mountain tourism development focus on contiguous poor areas,as a reference for the government decision-making.The content of this paper is divided into six parts:In the first part: it describes the research background,research significance and research methods.In the second part: the domestic and foreign research dynamic about tourism poverty alleviation is reviewed,and some important keywords are defined.In the third part: analysis of the existing situation of the tourism resources of the region,and the use of qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation of the scientific evaluation of the.In the fourth part: the use of SWOT analysis,objective analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of area tourism development,opportunities and threats.In the fifth part: on the basis of the previous analysis implementation of area tourism development strategy guiding ideology,objectives,structure and pattern and countermeasure,put forward the strategy of tourism development in the area.In the last part: the main contents of this dissertation are summarized. |
