Into the twenty-first century,the world science and technology and the economy have been developing rapidly.Mongolia in the development of such a surge wave,in order not to fall behind in the world must be in hot pursuit.This is from the objective of our request,which must strive to develop a market economy.And the most to give vitality into the development of the market economy,I am afraid to the number of SMEs.SMEs have played an irreplaceable role in the development of market economy in Mongolia.And I firmly believe that with the continuous development of the Mongolian economy,the scale of SMEs will continue to grow,and their position in the national economy will be more prominent.Human resource management is a modern enterprise must do is a lesson,a business can be rational development and management of its human resources dominated,determine its ability to continue to survive and develop.Under the current circumstances,the presence of Mongolian enterprises many problems,of which the most prominent is the human resource management issues.Enterprises to solve the existing problems effectively,need to be people-oriented,the first to adopt new policies on recruitment,and secondly to strengthen staff training of vocational skills and make rational planning of their career,in order to eventually be able to establish a scientific employment mechanism,so that human resources are the most rational use.In this paper,the status of Mongolia SME human resource management carried out and analyzed the enterprise in staff recruitment,staff training,there is a compensation management and performance management issues,and to summarize the advantages of Chinese SMEs in the human resource management,Mongolia SMEs how to improve human resources management proposed the corresponding countermeasures,divided into two aspects of business and government.
